The topic kind of says it - I was wondering if anyone knows of someone who has done a post-peak-oil plan for the State College and central pa area? Some student group or university study perhaps? Let's say that fuel becomes 3 times as expensive as it is now, or 5 times, or 7 times as expensive - how would we travel, how would we work, how would we supply ourselves?
