The 17th Annual Nittany Valley Handbell Festival Concert will be held at 7:30 pm on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the State College Area High School North Gym. Guest conductor Kath Wissinger will lead over 100 handbell ringers from central Pennsylvania and beyond in a concert of sacred and secular music. Tickets $5, students admitted free.
