"How the Weather Played a Role in the Battles of Trenton & Princeton”
Submitted by Cindy Lorenzo on August 31, 2009 - 10:20am
The weather played a crucial role in deciding the outcome of two major battles
at a time when the life of the American Revolution seemed to be draining away.
Join us for an evening with Elliot Abrams, a weather buff since his father built him a
barometer at five and an award winning meteorologist with Accu-Weather,
as he relates how weather and George Washington's knowledge of it played
a crucial role in the outcome of the Battles Trenton and Princeton.
As always, the public is invited and encouraged to attend!
