Meet Joe Sestak Democratic Candidate for U.S. Senate – Penn State HUB Sept 3 U.S. Representative and Senate hopeful Joe Sestak will be holding a question-and-answer session in the HUB on Thursday, according to a Penn State College Democrats representative. Sestak, who has announced he will run in 2010 against the Republican-turned-Democrat Sen. Arlen Specter, will be holding the session from 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. in HUB 129B and C, said Christian Zeme (senior-secondary education), the administrative vice president of the Penn State College Democrats.
