James Quilligan was policy advisor to former German Chancellor Willy Brandt
(1978-1984) and has been an international economic consultant for three decades. As director of the Centre for Global Negotiations, Dr. Quilligan is the American coordinator for the Convention on the Global Commons.
Dr. Quilligan will share his vision on the future of global development
and human cooperation.
