Kelsey's Fall Festival's will be held at the Mifflinburg VFW Grounds.  Some of the activities will include Sumo Wrestling, Adrenaline Rush, Win a Goldfish/Pick-a-Duck, Cake Wheel, Hayrides, Blue Barrel Tractor Rides, Football and Soda Ring Toss, Lily Pads/Golf, Face Paint/Sand Art, Kids Crafts, and Build a Bluebird House.  Food will include Apple Butter Boil, Kettle Soups, Hand Cut French Fries, Hamburgers/Hot Dogs, Fish Sandwiches, Apple Dumplings, Homemade Baked Goods, and Apple Cider. Entertainment will be provided by Enterline's Dance Center from 11-12, Music by Woody Wolfe from 12-3, and Music by End of Me from 4-7.
